Okay so here's the situation. A while back I dropped my phone while earphones were plugged in. It must have damaged the headset jack or something because now when I plug in earphones, if you even slightly move the phone around or have it on you while running or moving around, it activates all sorts or things, from pause/play of music, to starting the music player, to google voice search. Its incredibly annoying. I'm all ready rooted running a version of the stock ROM. I don't have any headphones that have controls on them, nor do I intend to get any so I would like to know if it is possible to disable all headset controls. Appreciate any and all help.
