Disable or Force stop

Stupid question for y'all. I was told to stop apps not using to free up GB, so my ZTE Max will keep running smoothly. Did a Factory reset using the volume and power buttons and went back to Almost factory reset. Happy now,but all the apps pre installed keep running and using up items. So should I Disable or Force stop the apps? Ex: Amazon Kindle, Google everything except play store and chrome browser (I use Mint Browser and Downloader) So,any help with this matter is greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Disable anything you do not use.

You can get an app called Greenify, that will control your user apps automatically.

Newer versions of Android OS control apps much better than the older ones.

Pretty much anything that is 7 or newer should do a decent job on its own.

Hey thanks for answers. I'm using a ZTE Max Android phone it's 7.1or 2,or something like that. Also unless I spelled it wrong which three sisters think I'm having trouble finding it on apkpure app store. By chance you or anyone know if it's on there. Thanks to google app store and a couple of real nasty virus that about 99% sure got them from the couple of apps from app store. Been trying to get away from Google and chrome,it ain't easy. Thanks everyone.
