disable the screen closing/locking when specific apps run

when i run specific apps, i want to disable the screen closing/locking

is this possible?

does this work when the specific apps run even in background, or when they run in the foreground only?

I want to disable screen locking when these specific apps run in the foreground only
when they are dropped in the background and they still run, I dont want to disable screen locking
