Disable Voice Talk solved in rooted ICS

Finally I have solved the annoying Voice Talk on my rooted ICS S2.

Use file manager ( eg ES file..) to
rename /data/app/com.vlingo.client.samsung-1.apk by e.g adding .bak to the filename.
