If you go to the application section in the settings, click on touchflo and click clear defaults. Then press home. Select, "Home" over "Touchflo", do you get the nexus one style homescreen?

    Thanks

You can disable the touchflo but that will probably work too.

I would be very interested to know this too, seeing as though it hasn't been included in any 2.1 ROM for any other phone (yet). I am starting to get the feeling it was developed purely for the Nexus One

Curious fact: I used to be able to do this (clear defaults for HTC Sense, press home, select Launcher2) in earlier alphas of the Desire ROM. However... ever since Paul integrated the Desire release candidate, you can still do this but there's no more Launcher2. Nada. Zip. Gone. No Launcher2.apk in the ROM period.

Anyone who's got a real Desire wants to confirm/deny?
