Since updating to gingerbread I can't see all my application icons.

When I select the applications icon a new bar appears underneath the status bar. On the left side of that bar is the word downloaded with a down arrow. On the right side of the bar is an icon for the applications market.

Can't seem to adjust it to see all my applications. Anyone have an idea?

This is one of the new features.

You can create different groups for the app tray. You should be able to push on the screen where it says downloaded with the down arrow, and a window pops up with different selections as well as the ability to create custom groups.
