Help display from N7 through projector

Has anyone done this? I assume it takes a usb otg cable. Anything else?

Assuming your projector has an HDMI input you need a Slimport adapter. I use this one with my N4 - it should work in the same way with 2013 N7. Just to avoid confusion, this won't work with the 2012 Nexus 7.

Thanks, I'll pass that info along to my son. We bought him a N7 for Christmas and he has a need to project presentations. The N7 is much lighter than his laptop.
