Put it in a ziplock baggie full of rice for several days, perferably with the back off, and hope it is not permanently damaged.
How did you determine that it is a moisture spot?
If it got wet, and you turned it on, it is likely toast.

Yep, glc gives the best advice. The key is to wait. I had moisture get behind a laptop screen and it took weeks to get rid of it, but it finally came around. However, a laptop screen is not a touch screen (or at least not on that model).

When i press the screen this moisture spot moves and also spread. If i put my mobile in sunlight it disappear but after some time it appears again. This problem is appearing from last 10 months.....

Could be an air bubble that just looks like a moisture spot. I would advise you to take it in for repair.

My old Axim ( Not a phone ) used to get finger oil under the screen protector.

Sure it's not just an air bubble or something under a screen protector?

I think you have gotten some good answers. I didn't read them all but once I had this on a device and I set it in the Sun. Might have taken several times. I don't think I set it where it would get too hot. Good Luck!
