I'd like to throw in my lil creation of a DIY kickstand for my EPIC. I just recently had a cool picture of my kids for my birthday that was imprinted onto a soft phone protector(very nice gift idea btw). So suffice it to say I couldn't make any modification to the protective case that I adhered it to. So I did the next best thing. My original idea embodied part of the clip and modified protective case to accept it.

This effort mainly came from my new found abilities to run Netflix on my Epic with the new Gingerbread leaky form I had just flashed on her. Otherwise, I would have no use for a kickstand.

    Here are the pics:

Very clever. Fortunately for me, I have 2 of the docks (one at work and one at home) that I purcharsed when I got the phone, but if I didn't have one, that would definitely be the way to go... uber cheap and easy.... but effective.

As of late, you don't need Gingerbread to run Netflix for the Epic. Looks like I will be using my homemade kickstand much more.

Thanks guys, there seems to be a lack of case/kickstands for the EPIC and just thought of something that could work in a pinch. Works great pushing it just passed my computer monitor at work when there's some down time ; >
