DIY Ownskin animation question?

I've made a live background but I need one of the images to go up and down like a piston. I've seen in the demo video, clouds going up and down. All I can do is get the image to either go up or down and fly off the screen.
The wallpaper is the console room of the TARDIS from Dr. Who if that helps anybody understand what I'm going for.

I've figured it out. Is there a way to thank myself?

Without making a 20 image animated gif, all I have to do is make transparent parts stretch close to the top and bottom of the screen and do a simple vertical movement setting so it bounces up and down without flying too far away from the console.
