My local authorized dealer is sold out (I have yet to see anyone else with one though), but our Best Buy still has some. (as of yesterday)

I was browsing this phone online a couple days ago and AT&T site said both colors were out of stock. I went to the store near my house yesterday and they said the computer showed all stores in the area (Los Angeles South Bay) were out but when they actually called the stores, one of them had 3 in stock. Looks like I lucked out just in time.

Most At&t stores do have them in stock (several stores around where I live have them) but most stores are out of stock in white. And with Customs holding HTC's new shipment, they probably won't have them for a little while longer.

Most stores in Vegas had plenty in stock the day after release. Not sure about now though but something tells me they will quickly run out as you can't order them online right now.

After seeing my HOX my boss wanted to get one. He checked in the downtown Boston AT&T store yesterday (Wednesday) and they were out. They looked at other stores' inventory in the area and said they were all out too.

I assume the whole Apple-patent-customs-delay crap is taking its toll on availability and it'll only get worse until that's resolved.

Live in newark nj they have them is stock but there not selling due to an apple lawsuit against htc all htc device will be on hold from sales. There are now being check by customs.
