Just want to ask you guys, when on the homescreen, and you press the Search key you get the quick search box. To the right of the text box do you have a search button AND a mic button?

The reason I'm asking is because I do have the mic button, but I can't remember if this is there by default...

    Nope, not on mine!

What app did you install to get this?

Try to install the "text to speech" data ...

It should be in one of the "Settings" ...

text to speech is already installed. Surely text to speech is different to speech to text?

    Yes, that's different.

I was expecting that the speech to text "needs" this kind of data.

    I was wrong :(

Don't start the app, just check if you have a quick search bar mic, and test that the voice input works. The app isn't meant to be opened!!!

    Will look :D

I think its a bit silly that they removed it as it was a popular app.

When I hit the mic in the search bar, that's when it crashes for me. Evern after a reboot.
