I see I can get the Thunderbolt for $149 which I know is a great price. Does anyone know if the 2 year contract price of $249.99 will go up after a certain introductory period? Or will it stay the same or go down?

Yea. I thought it was a steal. Could not pass it up. Now in 10 months I will reap the rewards.

I would be extremely surprised to see the price ever go up.

Price usually never goes up usually its the other way and goes down with time so i doubt they are going to raise the price of the phone

If past trends hold true, the Thunderbolt should drop in price over time, especially once other phones like the LG Revolution and Motorola Bionic are released. However, you probably won't be able to get unlimited 4G for $29.99.
