do you have profiles setup in setcpu so it sets the speed lower to something like 550 or 600?

I would suggest much overclocking while plugged in.

It gets to 130f. I do have profiles set but it doesn't seem to make much difference. I just set it back to stock mhz to see if it helps. We will see. Thanks

ps I have tried different kernels as well with no results and nothing seems to be locked in sync or anything.

Th car dock?.... or the media dock?.

For the car dock that's about what it should be on a warm day while using nav with everything turned on..... especially with the sun smashing it.

It's going to get hotter while it is charging. That's how batteries work. What's the problem?

What are you using to measure the temp... is it measuring CPU temp or Batt. temp? You might have a battery issue...

All droids get crazy hot if you overclock and charge. Cause then you have both battery and processor heqting up like crazy. This is why profiles exist
