Does any one know of any documenation or tutorials on listing operators?
to clarify i want to do about the same thing
"Settings->Wurekess & networks->mobile networks->metwork operators->search networks" does...
and with signal strenght shown in as much detail as posible.
is for determening where i install wireless electrical meters that require good cellphone reception.
the functionality exists i know that much but after a lof of diggin i have thus far not found any solution
