If Swype didn't come with your device, you have to go to Swype's beta program sign-up page and request it. I am not sure it the Fire supports Swype. You should as the folks who have one in Amazon Kindle Fire - Android Forums.

Welcome to Android Forum. Currently it doesn't seem like the Kindle fire supports swipe. Maybe you'd have to hack/root/modify the device.
