My recent dealings with BT went rather well. I called 3 and I got an African who had problems understanding English not alone my question. I called BT and I spoke to a chap in Warrington who knew what he was talking about, further more he reduced my by £7 a month and gave me 15GB more data per month for a 12 month contract. Foreign call centres prove that it is possible to blow and suck at the same time.
