I sent my unlocked Froyo SGS I9000M back to Bell for repair (boot loop). It came back with Gingerbread 2.3.3. and network locked. The IMEI number is the same as before. I have the Freeze Code and the Network Control Key from when I first got the SGS with Eclair running (I updated it to Froyo afterwards). Can I use the same Network Control Key to unlock it now? If the code doesn't work will it freeze the phone?

If it's the same phone you sent in, then I would think that the original codes/keys you used should still work.
