Support Does my 30 day warranty start on the day of activatioN?

    I've been using my EVO without service for the last few weeks. I won't be activating it on my line until I try to get some perks from Sprint. The thing is that I have the grounding issue and weak wifi signal, just wondering if I can walk into a Sprint store and get an exchange (when they're in stock)?

    I would try talking with someone from Sprint first. If you have the phone but didn't activate it, they may ask for a receipt. I don't know that you will get any perks from Sprint but my first suggestion would be to try and talk with them and see what you can do.

    it goes from time of purchase, not activation since it could sit around a long time (as you are showing)

    I bought from wirefly. I guess my question is more do I have 30 days after activating to apply for the TEP warranty?
