Root Does rooting void it's warranty

Recently bought a water 10 and now I feel like rooting it .but the problem is the seller does not specify that rooting will void warranty

Rooting is legal in India but if you break it or sell it while rooted your warranty is void. Theoretically your could reinstall the stock firmware before you send it back to the manufacturer for an exchange. Send it to them with a custom ROM and they have the right to refuse service.Long story short. Rooting voids your warranty so proceed with caution.
