Nope it does have Gorilla glass protection but then again its a capacitive screen so we need not use objects except our fingers

Even if Galaxy Ace do have Gorilla Glass, Gorilla glass is scratch resistant, not scratch proof. Extra protections is ALWAYS good. Even in life.

i removed my screen guard for better sensitivity and now little worried about scratches
