My note 2 scrolled up and down or side to side on Web pages by hovering over the arrow on the bottom or top of pages? Is there a way for note 3 to do that? I miss that feature. Thank you

I just figured it out I was using Chrome and it doesn't scroll on Chrome but it does on the other browser.

I don't get scroll arrows on any of the browsers I'm using on my US T-mobile Note 3. I use Boat, Chrome, and the built in internet app mostly and none of them have scroll arrows like you describe. Is this feature only on the International versions?

Scrolling works fine in Chrome using the 'S' pen here. There are no scrolling arrows, it just works.

If you hover over the bottom or top (sometimes left or right side) of the page with your SPen until a little arrow appears, the page scrolls automatically with out having to manually scroll down scroll down scroll down scroll down. It's really convenient. But it seems like it doesn't work on Chrome only the native browser. It does work on Facebook app And Twitter, but I don't know what else because I haven't been real observant except when it did not work on Chrome.
