Does the Mopub network force users to download apps to continue?

I have recently implemented the Mopub system on my apps and have encountered a problem. Users have started uninstalling my apps due to forced downloads from the Mopub network.

I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem, with Mopub forcing users to download apps to continue playing. I had many uninstalls due to this.
