Does the new Slcd have multi touch issues?

    Do the Desires with S lcd have multi touch issues?

    I've not heard that. The screen is just a screen. Its not actually the part you touch. Over the screen is a piece called the digitiser. This is the part you actually touch which sits a mm or 2 above the screen itself.

    I can't see how having an SLCD screen in itself could cause multi touch issues, but there maybe something related to those released that does.

    No issues, and i have both :)
    Gave the AMOLED to my Mrs, i actualy like the SLCD better.

    Danfrance is correct, as far as I know the digitiser has not been changed. The Desire doesn't have perfect multitouch in any iteration, but the screen won't make a difference.

    Well it's not a problem at all, however when doing the multitouch test with Multitouch Visible Test - Android app on AppBrain it'll show that it's not accurate when crossing paths with two fingers.

    Multitouch has nothing to do with SLCD or AMOLED.
    You'll experience the same performance on both of them.

    If you were asking about color difference, yes there are few.
