Help Does the screen have good viewing angle?

I own a facetab that for what I want it for it great. My only problem is that when I read books or comics one side is darker that the other. Does the gtablet have a good viewing angle? At least when I face it straight will it look normal?

viewing angles are fine in landscape, pretty bad in portrait. i planned on using mine to read books, but ended up buying a nook color so that i could read in portrait. while the g-tab screen was fine for reading in landscape, it just didn't feel natural.

Oh thank you so much for the reply. 90% of the time I use mine for reading. Nook color is good? I have read good things about it but I was after a 10 inch one.

i really enjoy them both for different things. gtab is great for watching videos and web browsing, nook color is great for reading books and playing games. i thought i would prefer the 10" screen all around, but i have found that the 7" on the NC makes it much easier to carry around. you really can't go wrong with either, especially if you're going to root them. it's all about what your primary use will be.

Well I guess I will try the Nook Color then. And indeed I am going to root it as soon as I get it since I really enjoy all the extras you get from rooting. Thanks a lot Solid Orange!
