Help Does the ZTE axon pro processor have the same issues as the oneplus 2

Well.. I'd think that for starters you have different manufacturers, assembly plants, hardware, Operating Systems (OS's) concerning a ZTE device vs an HTC One Plus One or Two. So.. That's an unfair comparison and question (I'd think).
