I bought the ZTE Blade V8 Pro but the app is reporting it as the ZTE Zmax 3. Are they the same phone?
Does this phone have another name?

The only other name I could find for it is the ZTE Z987. I would contact ZTE about it to be sure you didn't get a counterfeit device.
My LG G6 had the wrong IMEI number listed in Settings but LG confirmed their mistake and gave me the correct IMEI number. ZTE or your retailer will most likely do the same for you. Nothing you can do about changing the name in your settings AFAIK. Maybe /root???
