Does ur A75 have mic key in ur keyboard?? (Speech to text)

I have seen a mic icon / key on android keyboard in few phones for speech to text purpose. I dont see any such mic key in A75. Any clues on why we dont that mic key or does A75 support inbuilt speech to text facility?

I know there are apps like Vlingo for tht... but why to install another app if there is something like tht inbuilt??
