Help Don't know what to do

My apologies if this is in the wrong section but I did not know where to put it. I have a Samsung Galaxy 4G LTE that I really want to start using. When I type in *#197328640# it will not open up the menu like it's supposed to. what can I do about this? looking forward to any help and it will be very much appreciated. thank you and have a good evening.

here is something very interesting. I managed to get in. using enable hidden menu. I got as far as number 6 network lock. from there I should have been able to press number 3 PERSO SHA OFF but it won't let me. what's up with that? this is getting pretty frustrating..
