Is it normal to see each post twice on forum?

Is this an issue with your device? Are you on the computer?

Sounds like a tapatalk bug.

Unfortunately we don't have any control over that if that's the case.

Maybe try clearing cache or data in the app?

I would agree it could be a bug in Tapatalk. I use tapatalk also and occasionally I see double posts.
I also moved your thread here to the Android Application forums

I dont think its open source, but I'm not familiar with the specifics of our deal with them.
