download do not turn off target

my phons stuck with the green thing on the screen saying downloading do not turn off. i saw a youtube vid on how to get rid of it but it didn't work for my phone...this blue bar was suppose to go all accross the phone and go back to normal but my screen has a little blue bar stuck that way...ive left it all night...help please

You're trying to download something to the phone that, for one reason or another (we don't know what it is, so we can't even guess at a reason) won't download. Your only option at this point is to remove the battery, replace the battery, turn the phone on and hope you haven't caused any non-fixable problems.
