Root download in process!??

I think my phone bricked and its frozen on a screen that says download in prods please don't unplug. Any help???

That's download mode, not a brick.
Just pull the battery and power on the phone.

How did you get to that screen? More information would be helpful. You could try pulling the battery and restarting the phone. If you have a custom recovery boot into recovery and restore a backup. Well when I press the power button the LG screen pops up then get goes to a screen and then another screen pops up them it resets
