Can someone help? I have the lg v20 when I download files it automatically saves to quick memo, the files don't save to Downloads. I've tried several times to open a document and it won't fully open in quick memo. My v5 automatically saved all downloads to the download folder, the saving to the quick memo is new to me.

Maybe try and disable/force stop quick memo, then do a download and it should give you a choice of where to save it at. Mine automatically go to the download folder.

Some apps save automatically to a specific folder with no option to change it.
