It's very easy! Connect your phone to your computer via the USB port and included cable. Your phone will appear like a thumb drive in your "My Computer" program on your PC. After that, it's just a matter of dragging and dropping them to your comptuer.
Pictures on your phone can usually be found in the DCIM folder.
