Help Downloaded ring tones not showing up

I've downloaded some ringtones from the marketplace/off of soundboards by holding them down and pressing save but they don't show up as options when I'm setting sounds. Do I have to activate them or something?

just as a heads up in case somebody has this same issue. They won't work when downloaded to the internal memory...you HAVE to have a SD card. Pretty dumb and defeats the purpose of having 8 GB of internal memory that useless IMO.

I downloaded to my SD card and rebooted and I still don't see the ringtone that I put on there. Now what....using Sprint Hero.
