downloading error

i have micromax canvas2+ and whenever i try downloading viber an errror window pops up showing error code 492 and sometimes error code "-24". what should i do. i already hav cleared google paly store cache.

Clear data as well as cache. If that doesn't work, you have to clear the dalvik cache. Try followijng the instructions in the second post at update - Clearing Dalvik Cache without root? - Android Enthusiasts Stack Exchange (Don't know if it'll work with your device.)
