Downloading probelm after converting my website into app

I need immediate help senior plz.

Actualy,  i have converted my website into app but there is problem,  when i open the app and click on the pdf file in my website for downlaod,  that link is clicked but does not work or progress.

Plz help me remedy in the matter..  ?
