is this through an app or directly from the browser? i really do not listen to podcast very much. i do use pocket cast from time to time. i never knew that there was an issue with it on aosp roms.

well it works with the regular browser when its on a sense rom, if i try and play a video music file or any type of media it asks if i want to either play online or download... but if im on a aosp rom theres never an option it just plays but id like to be able to download it like i would on a sense rom

You could try a different browser. Dolphin is good but I mainly use stock browsers.
