If anyone could help me out I would be extremely grateful. I don't know what to do at this point.
Today one of my apps wasn't working so I went to the Google Play Store to reinstall it, but I noticed the download was stuck at 100%. I had a lot of apps waiting to be updated that were stuck as well. I cleared the Google Play Store app data, cache, and uninstalled the updates. It still didn't work. I tried rebooting my phone and got the same result. I really would rather not have to factory reset and that would be a last resort.
