drag down to accept call...

Everybody knows that right? But I came across something else on an incoming call drag up to decline the call when your phone is locked sorry if you knew this already but I've had the phone since June and never knew lol

Um, doesnt it state on the lock screen that you can drag up to decline? Just like it does on the alarm lock screens for snooze.
