God forbid you break these headphones because regardless of when you bought your phone, Verizon will do nothing to help you. No warranty, no help. Basically told me to go online and buy a new pair. Well, when I searched for a new pair of these particular headphones, they aren't there. Man I hate Verizon.

Must depend on the Verizon store you go to. I had one of the earbuds stop working. I went into the Verizon store was told they had a one year warranty and they shipped me a new pair. My only complaint is that they were not the same exact version that came with the phone. The ones I received are designed for the Iphone.

Beats headphones are complete garbage anyway.
My Altec Lansing Backbeats kick the holy-living-crap out of these Dre Beats buds.... and they were only $70.... 4 years ago. And now they're ridiculously cheap. The exact headphones i have I now see them selling online for $30. Of course, they're probably leftovers from a couple years back, but good headphones nonetheless. The newer Backbeats will cost you a bit more.

Beats is made by Monster Cable anyway and if you believe the gimmicky crap that Monster Cable sells, then you need help.

All I wanted was the phone. Unfortunately they don't sell it without the headphones.

Call HTC. The number is 1-866-449-8358. They will send you out a new pair for free as long as you send back the old ones. I just did it with no problems.
