Help Driver installation problems

I installed the USB driver for the Samsung Transform on my PC running Win7 and the PC still doesn't recognize the device when I connect it. Any advice on troubleshooting this problem?

Are you plugging the USB into a port on the front or rear of the computer? I know it's trivial, but I have found on my Win 7 computers, I have to plug it into a rear port for it to work, even after installing the updated drivers.

You are 100% correct it works in the back ports and not the front

Yeah, I don't get it, don't see why it would make a difference, but it does.

and wanted to say thanks for the info, I'm having the same issues. Any idea on how it might work on a laptop with only 2 usb ports? I've tried both, and get the same error message with it
