    in the setting in galaxy s there is something called clear licences ( delete all DRM licences ) , so what is this thing ???

    DRM licenses are to do with songs, ringtones, videos etc. that are copy protected.

    DRM - Digital Restrictions Management.

    Most likely any copy protected movies or songs you might have purchased wont play any more. If you're in any doubt about this, leave them alone.
