I was going to download a video file to my Droid 2 using the web browser, when I read something about malware and viruses on Droid phones. I thought that there were no viruses to worry about if you had a Droid. Am I wrong?

I know you have to be careful about installing some apps, as they may have keystroke loggers, etc. Should I be concerned about malware/viruses when I download a video file?

Are you downloading video from legitimate sources?
As far as I know, there is only one known virus on the android operating system. That can change at any time though, is is begins to take more market share, it becomes a bigger target.

Not sure what you mean by "legitimate". I get video files from all over the world. Youtube, emails with video, freepopcorn.com, etc.
