I just found it kind of annoying how short the charger is that comes with the phone. Anybody have any recommendations for where to get a longer micro usb charger that works with the droid for pretty cheap?

    Thanks.

Yup, been using monoprice for a while now for all my cables. Solid place to shop.

Another vote for Monoprice. My boyfriend and I (we both have Droids) just ordered like 6 cables, between 3 and 10 feet, from them. Total including shipping was less than $30. Sweet. :)

I have used monoprice for years, best place in the world for cables of any type.

Another + for monoprice and yes the short cord that comes with the droid sucks.

Which cable is it on the website? What do you search?

all you need is a standard micro USB cable, nothing special about it.
I have the startech right angle one, was a little more $ but nice that it doesn;t stick out so far from the phone

Thanks for the website...I have been needing to get some cables. I just ordered 2 6ft cables for a total of 5 dollars (shipping and all).

Just a FYI, it's the micro usb B version.

They also sell a 1A usb charger which has worked great so far. It costs less than $3 bucks and is a decent replacement for your stock charger.
