I wanted to put a plug in for the health-related features of the phone. From Jan 7 to March 9, I went from 172 to 153 lbs by counting calories. My goal was 155. I used "Calorie Counter," which is really nice, and had a limit of 1500 calories a day. I have gotten lazy using the app lately, but I have been keeping the weight off because I now have a feel for the nutritional content of different foods. On top of that, I have used "My Tracks" to map jogging to show how fast I've gone and how far. This is all stuff I could have done without the droid, but the phone makes it easy and fun.
