I plug my Incredible into my Lenovo T400 running Windows 7 Business (64-bit) and it works fine for me. I mark debugging, I just click to mount it and I can drag and drop files.

Sorry, not much help. But the problem must be something else...

That's strange since it should be recognized as a USB mass storage device. Try plugging in a USB thumb drive and see what it does.

I have no idea if this will work for you but will throw it out there.

I have a Moto droid and was unable to download music from Windows 7.

I put the memory card into the card reader of my computer and transferred to music onto the card rather than directly onto the phone and it works great.

Is it possible you could sync things onto the card and them put the card into the phone? I know it's a hassle but if it works, it might be worth it.

I thought about that and will try it. I just would like it to actually work the correct way! I guess I will call tech support - not too excited about that!

Roacanne did you ever figure this out? My little brother just built me a computer running on Windows 10 and when I try to sync my droid incredible it says I have a problem with outlook (even though its set to my default mail provider) I have yet to be able to sync my droid which really worries me! Any help would be appreciated!!
