I was curious as to what you all think the price of the Droid will be after the Buy one get one deal going on until the 31st. Right now you can get 2 new droids for 200 bucks... so they are theoretically 100 a piece. Any ideas on what one will cost after this promotion? 100 for one?

My guess would be 79.99 with a two year plan.

Directly from Verizon perhaps. I've seen it as low as $30 on some websites with a new Verizon plan. I was moving 4 phones from AT&T to Verizon, so I decided to go the buy-one get-one route through Verizon. Their website ordering made the whole thing pretty painless.

If they do like they have in the past the will start a new BOGO within two or three weeks or drop the price by $50.

thanks for the replys, I am just deciding about holding out for the Incredible, thinking the price difference might be worth it, but not really sure... if I wait a few weeks, maybe the incredible will come out when I have the droid and I can return the droid and get the incredible if I like that within the 30 days.

Are you just refering to corporate store pricing? I ask because the droid is currently going for $19.99 @ amazon.

when it says a new service plan, does that mean that I have to be switching to verizon? or is that still the new 2 year extension on my already existing account?

alright, well I am looking at adding it to a family plan, and I am looking for 2 of them... the walmart one appears to only sell you the one on the main line for 19.99 and then its 229.99 for the second one. thats on the upgrade, but still cheaper at the corporate store

But that is $250 for two, you can get two at Verizon for $200 right now.

My bad after rereading what you said I see you said the same thing...
