Droid quick upload to flickr not private

My flickr settings are set to private for uploads. However, if i use the quick upload feature on my droid bionic, it always uploads the picture to flickr as public.

If I upload to picasa, it correctly uploads as private to the "instant upload" folder.

Any idea how to fix this?
