Hmm, I just upgraded at Verizon. Can I return it there and reupgrade here?

Will renewing with wirefly change anything plan wise?
If you're within the 30 day return window, I think returning the phone does reverse the upgrade, making you eligible again. So it could work, but that sounds like quite the pain. Make note to check the authorized dealers first next time.

he is right. just know that if you do this, you are stuck with the DX. If something crazy awesome comes out in 3 weeks, or if you decide you want something else, you wont be able to get it. you only get 1 return within those 30 days.
second, make sure you know what wirefly's policies are with phones that are defective. some indirect locations wont give you a new phone if the one you got was defective. and, verizon wont either. if you get a new one that is defective out of the box, just make sure their policy allows for you to get a new one.

and yeah, wirefly can keep your plan the same. just be sure to go online to your verizon account after you have activated the phone to make sure everything is how you want it to be.

$99 is a great deal. thanks for sharing! too bad they cant do early upgrades or honor NE2's. that would be really awesome.

Damn I just paid $199 WITH my new every 2, I feel like I got ripped for being a loyal customer. I think I'm still within my 30 days. The 30 days starts when you ordered the phone or when you receive it? I'm thinking it's worth taking it back, keeping the NE2, and getting it for $100 less?

Would I lose my NE2 if I returned it? I only have a day or 2 left.
